Samuelle Lynne Acosta, popularly known as
Sam Pinto, started her career at a young age as a TV commercial and print ad model. Her showbiz career perked up substantially when she joined the famous Pinoy Big Brother Double Up Edition. She had several TV guestings in ABS-CBN and in 2010, she decided to work under a new management where she was offered regular shows such as Party Pilipinas and Bubble Gang.
Before her stint on the reality show though, she was seen acting with Mark Herras on a "Maynila" episode in GMA Network. Sam was a finalist in the Myx VJ Search 2008. Her first regular appearance was in a television show called Midnight DJ, opposite Oyo Boy Sotto. She joined the show as a cast regular in the middle of season 4. She played Max, the Midnight DJ crew's resident psychic. Her character was first introduced in the "Oink! Oink!" episode.
She has been a product endorser of Sunsilk, Smart, Coca-Cola, Voice Combo, McDonald’s, Bayo, Palmolive, Cream Silk, Fitrum and San Mig Light. Sam’s movies include Petrang Kabayo, Tween Academy: Class of 2012, Catch Me I’m in Love and Si Agimat at si Enteng Kabisote.
